We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The price of the room was also very reasonable. The food at the hotel was homemade and delicious, with generous portions. We particularly loved the grilled plaice and minced lamb plate pie. the breakfast was cooked to order and set us up nicely for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay.
The size of the room. It was quite small and didn't match the standard we were expecting.

Very great! Perfect breakfast was provided. There are several attractions adjacent to apartment, waterworld is in a 50-minute drive away.

Located just at the edge of the peak district, the Stanley Arms offers stunning views across the surrounding hills. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the service is attentive and the staff make you feel welcome. the breakfast is delicious and there are generous portion sizes. the restaurant offers a variety of options, including a fantastic Sunday roast that never disappoints.
Some of the restaurant seating could use a bit of cleaning and refreshing.

Awesome New Year Experience! Booked an unplanned new year stay and it was the highlight of our year! Rooms were comfortable, clean, and cozy enough for the cold weather. the picturesque location provided us a great view of the countryside and easy access to nearby towns and attractions. the staff were brilliant all throughout our stay, helpful and hospitable. A huge plus of this stay was the delectable and affordable dinner menu.
The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak, making it difficult to connect and use, particularly for work-related purposes. the soundproofing of the rooms was not great, as we could hear people moving around in other rooms.
